Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Salvador Gutierrez dba Atzi Products ("Atzi Products," "Atzi," "we," "us") collects through atziproducts.com (the "Site") and when you buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Atzi Products is based in Glendora, California.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders. When you check out, Shopify, which runs our cart and checkout, collects your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you give it, billing address and payment details. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number. We receive the order details (your name, shipping address, email, phone, the items, amounts paid and order status) so we can fulfill, ship and support your order.
- Inquiry form. Business name, your name, city, email address, and, if you provide them, phone number, type of business and your message.
- Email. Anything you send to us by email, such as a return request or a photo of a damaged item.
Information collected automatically
- Cart. When you add an item to the cart, the Site sends the item and quantity to Shopify, which creates a cart and returns a cart ID. The Site keeps that ID in your browser (see "Cookies and browser storage").
- Technical data. When you submit a form, we record the IP address it came from, to help prevent abuse. Our hosting and security services also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request).
- Site usage. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and products people look at, add to the cart and buy. It records things like pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached the Site. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we do not use advertising or social media tracking tools.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- process, ship and support your orders, including returns, refunds and replacements;
- send messages about your order, such as order confirmations and shipping notices with tracking;
- reply to your inquiry and handle wholesale orders;
- understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
- keep the Site and checkout secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
- keep business records, collect and report sales tax, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Shopify, which runs our online store's cart, checkout and order records.
- Our payment processor, Shopify Payments and its banking partners, to process your payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers, such as the U.S. Postal Service, which receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics (see "Information collected automatically").
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the Site, the inquiry form and its data, and delivers the Site's notification emails.
- Zoho, which provides our business email.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- A successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
Our service providers may use the information only to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies describe for the services you use directly, such as Shopify's checkout (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).
Cookies and browser storage
The Site uses the browser storage it needs to work, plus Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser; if you clear atzi_cart, the Site forgets your cart. To turn off Google Analytics, block its cookies, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not change its behavior for that signal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Site does not load Google Analytics. We do not sell or share personal information.
Other parties
The Site's pages, typefaces and images are served from atziproducts.com. It loads Google Analytics from Google, and the cart and checkout are run by Shopify. Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How long we keep information
- Orders: up to 7 years after the order, as needed for tax, accounting and legal records.
- Inquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless they become an order.
- Wholesale customer records: for as long as we do business together, and up to 7 years after, for tax and accounting records.
- Server and security logs: generally 30 days.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or when needed to resolve a dispute.
Security
We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and encrypted storage at our service providers. Payments are handled by Shopify's checkout, not by our Site. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you any email other than messages about your orders.
To make a request, email info@atziproducts.com. We will need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Some information, such as order records, may need to be kept for legal or tax purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses that meet certain size or data thresholds. Atzi does not currently meet them, but we honor the requests above for all visitors and customers.
We send email about your orders and your inquiries. If you choose at checkout to receive news from us, or if we ever send marketing email, each message will identify Atzi Products, include our postal address and give you a simple way to unsubscribe, and we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell affected customers by email before it takes effect.
